Responsibilities:
- Pick up phone calls, schedule appointments, and help clients with frequently asked questions.
- Welcome clients in the office and help scan their tax documents.
- Help answer client queries being sent through email and fax.
- Print tax returns and collect signatures and payments from clients once their tax return is complete.
- Ensure client information is up to date and help with tax preparation by doing first-level data entry.
- Perform administrative tasks around the office and support office priorities through teamwork and collaboration.
