Praveen Jain has more than 30 years of well rounded experience in the fields of individual and business taxation, finance and accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the state of Maryland. He is also a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from India. 

His areas of expertise includes immigrant and expat taxes, and foreign asset reporting, particularly in India and the US.

His vast experience dealing with multiple businesses around the world allows him a unique insight into his client's business expansion efforts overseas. As their adviser, he is often able to caution clients on compliance related matters before it is too late. 


Mr. Jain co-founded Seva Ltd, a certified public accounting firm in Maryland in 2010 along with his daughter, Paridhi. Mr. Jain joined E-tax Corporation as a Partner in 2020. 

Mr. Jain earned his degree, Masters of Commerce in Accounting and Business Statistics, from the University of Rajasthan, in India. He lives in Baltimore, USA.
