Our Story
Etax Corporation was founded by Mr. Harak Gala — an enterprising engineer who became a CPA and CFP — in 1993. His warm, personable nature and practical approach to finances allowed him to build enduring relationships with clients. For over 30 years, he guided clients on tax and wealth management.
Since then, the team has expanded to include Praveen Jain, CPA for tax planning and advisory, J. Cory Gimperling, CFP® for financial planning, and Paridhi Jain, CPA for business services. Today, Etax is a one-stop shop for all of our clients' financial needs.
