About Us
E-Tax Corporation was founded by Mr. Harak Gala, an enterprising engineer who eventually became a CPA and a CFP, in 1995. His warm and personable nature, along with a very practical approach to finances, enabled him to build strong and enduring relationships with his clients. For over 30 years, he guided clients on tax and wealth management.
Since then, the E-Tax team has expanded to include Mr. Praveen Jain, CPA, for tax planning and advisory, Mr. J. Cory Gimperling CFP(R) for financial planning and advisory, and Ms. Paridhi Jain CPA for business services. Today, E-tax aims to become a one-stop shop for all of their client's financial needs.
