Smartphone App
Instructions to upload pictures or documents into the Etax Client Portal:
Download
Install the App
Download the "Citrix Files" app on your phone
Open the "Citrix Files" app on your phone
Enter 'etaxonline' in the subdomain field that has the default 'e.g. mycompany'
Click on 'Continue'
Enter your Etaxonline Client Portal email and password >> Click on 'Sign In'
Verify your device using two-factor authentication >> Select Text Message / Voice Call
Enter verification code >> Click on 'Verify'
Congratulations! You are now logged in.
Navigate Files and Folders
Once you have installed the app, and have logged in, you can view your recent files and folders
To navigate through various other folders, click on the '<' back arrow in the top-left corner
Click on Folders >> Navigate to appropriate folder
Upload files into the appropriate folder using your phone by clicking on the blue '+' plus button on the bottom-left corner
